Create a Trip and Bring in Your Group

For workspace owners and admins

In plain terms

Start with the trip basics, then immediately add existing workspace members or send a direct trip invite. Do not wait for people to guess the next step.

Recommended flow

Create the trip with the destination and date range first. That is enough to open the board and start collaboration.

Create the trip.
Open the Bring people onto this trip wizard.
Add any existing workspace members who should see the trip now.
Invite anyone new directly to the trip if they are not in the workspace yet.

When to use each invite path

Choose existing workspace members when the person is already part of your group and just needs trip access.

Choose direct trip invite when the person is new and the immediate goal is this trip.

What this does not do

Creating the trip alone does not notify everyone automatically.

Adding someone to the workspace alone does not place them on the trip.
