Invite Someone to Your Workspace

Use a workspace invite when someone should join the shared workspace itself. This gives them workspace access, not automatic trip access.
Use a workspace invite when
The person belongs in your group long-term, may need access to multiple trips, or should appear in the workspace member list before trip-by-trip decisions are made.
What happens after they accept
They appear on the workspace members page and can sign in to the workspace.
They still need to be added to a trip separately before they can see that trip.
Best next step after acceptance
Open the relevant trip and add them from the trip members page, or use the Bring people onto this trip wizard.
