Why Someone Can’t See a Trip Yet
For organizers and invited members

Most missing-trip problems come down to one of three things: they only joined the workspace, they have not accepted the invite yet, or they signed in with the wrong email.
Check these first
- Were they added to the trip, not just the workspace?
- If they were invited, did they accept the invite yet?
- Did they sign in with the same email address that received the invite?
If they joined the workspace but still see nothing
That usually means they still need the trip access step. Open the trip members page and add them there.
If they accepted a trip invite but still cannot open it
Ask them to sign out and back in with the invited email address. If needed, resend the trip invite with a fresh link.
